CarbonActive EC fan Silent Tube

The latest development from CarbonActive in terms of exhaust air and supply air fans.

The EC fans have been developed according to the new ERP 2015 standard. This makes them very powerful and economical at the same time. EC fans can be dimmed to any speed without annoying humming noise, and the fans only consume the energy that corresponds to their speed. The CarbonActive EC Ventilator Silent Tube is soundproofed with melamine foam and is therefore very quiet even with high air flow and high pressure build-up. The pressure build-up is about 4 times as high as with conventional AC tube or snail shell fans. (AC fan 1000m³/h approx. 250 Pa - EC fan 1000m³/h approx. 1200 Pa) due to the significantly higher pressure (Pa) you can now work with approx. 30-40% less air throughput (m³/h) than before. The drop in pressure or power loss of conventional AC fans is compensated for by EC fans through the high pressure build-up. Another decisive advantage of the EC fans is the significantly lower power consumption compared to their AC fan colleagues with the same air flow rate but significantly higher pressure build-up.

• The EC Silent Tubes are equipped with practical hanging loops, which makes them very easy to assemble leave.

Product runs continuously at 100% performance without a control unit.

Therefore we recommend an EC control unit. This fan is even more effective in connection with a soundproof air hose.
